My credit card or online check was declined

Solution There are a few reasons why your card or check may have been declined by the billing comany. Your bank may have issued a decline on the transaction for a number of reasons, such as late-posting of payments or overdraft issues, none of which we have control over. The best thing to do in this instance is to call your bank and ask why they refused to allow the transaction. You could also try signing up with one of our other billing companies that should be listed on our signup page:
